2.1 Registration

If you use the website, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your username and you will be under the obligation to restrict access to your computer or mobile phone to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we have the right to suspend or terminate your membership on the website.

3.1 Subscription Fees
Access to the software may require a subscription fee. The fee structure is outlined in our pricing section.

3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3.3 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

3.4 Fee Changes
“jogrekha” Software, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

“jogrekha” Software will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

4.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the software. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

4.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may terminate your access to the software if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the software will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
